Returns + Exchanges

We hope you are fully satisfied with your new Dax Board Company product from Sup Tahoe!

We offer full refunds on returns if returned to the shop within 30 days.

Items must be in unused, perfect condition with all the original packaging.

In-store exchanges are accepted on unused products within 60 days of purchase.

Please note:

• Items marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for a return.

• In-store returns of unused items are accepted within 30 days of your original invoice date and will be honored with a full refund.

• You must return and package your items in their original packaging with all materials included. 

Warranty

We offer a limited one-year warranty on our Dax Board Co products that covers defects in workmanship, manufacture, and materials.

The warranty excludes the following:

• Boards that have been damaged due to sun exposure or excessive heat

• Previous repairs made to a board

• Broken boards

• Boards that are stored or handled improperly

Please note: Exposing your board to excessive heat or sun exposure can result in undesirable consequences such as distorted quality, color fade, or damage to the deck pad. Please take care to store it correctly and protect it whenever possible.
